Buying a "turnkey" new construction home means the home can be purchased without the hassle and expense of a construction loan. All of Harbor's homes are "turnkey." Whether you're building a Harbor Home from the ground up or purchasing one of our Ready Homes, you'll only need a traditional mortgage loan once the home is complete. That means you'll save money and have a simpler, more convenient homebuying experience.

Harbor Homes is all about simplifying homebuilding—that includes being transparent with our pricing. Starting prices for floor plans can be found on our website. Through our iDesign tool you can select a lot, floor plan, and some of our most popular options and get a price estimate in minutes. Townhome and condo pricing can be found on the community brochure.

For details regarding specific lot or home availability and associated costs, contact a New Home Advisor.

All of Harbor's homes are sold as Home & Lot Packages—making it easier and more affordable. In addition to your home & lot package, it's a good idea to budget for any optional upgrades, as well as closing costs, moving costs, landscaping, or appliances not already included with the home.

At Harbor Homes, we believe in making the process as straightforward as possible. Your New Home Advisor will help you understand what's included and what additional costs you may want to plan for.

A Ready Home is a move-in ready new construction home with beautiful, pre-selected finishes and a quicker move-in timeline. All that's left to do is unpack!
