Building More Than Homes
Building a community is much more than just constructing the buildings. It's about caring, being involved, and doing right by your neighbors. With that in mind, Harbor Homes is committed to making our communities and the people who live in them the best they can be. Every year Harbor and its employees work together to make our community stronger through volunteering, sponsorship and advocacy, fundraising, board service, and donations. It's our delight and our privilege to be able to build up our community as we build its homes.
HEALTHY EMPLOYEES, HEALTHY COMMUNITY
As part of the Neumann Family of Companies, Harbor Homes participates in Fit for a Cause, a wellness program that generates funds for local charities. Each month, employees track their physical activity, with each activity equating to a certain dollar amount. At the end of the month, the logs are calculated and dollars are donated to a charity that Harbor employees have nominated.
Last year alone, we donated thousands of dollars to local charities through the Fit for a Cause program.
